Basic Woodworking: Sea Chest
Instructor: Darrin Fiscum
By creating a sea chest, students will learn dovetail joinery, gluing, clamping, and the use of boat builder and woodworker hand tools. The skills learned can be applied to boat building courses and small personal woodworking projects.
Beginner skill level. No experience with hand tools necessary. Bring basic woodworking hand tools if you have them. Minimum class size of 2; maximum of 6.
