"Conflict Confidence: Leading to Resolution" Seminar - Astoria
Lower Columbia Human Resource Management Association proudly presents "Conflict Confidence: Leading to Resolution" featuring Chris Sheesley, In-Accord.
If you are like most leaders, you experience some distaste and aversion to the messiness of interpersonal conflict among employees. But fear not, this presentation will give you a boost of confidence -- along with the core skills -- to wade into the fray and successfully manage disputes. Your workshop leader brings 26 years of professional resolution expertise together to help you reconsider your instinctive responses to workplace infighting. You will learn how people become deeply entangled in conflict and how you can help them find a path back to productivity and restored relationships. Following this presentation, you'll be able to help leaders confidently and constructively admit workplace conflict, recognize the pitfalls of people becoming entrapped in these conflicts and effectively apply antidotes to each conflict pitfall.
