Name: Five Cohesive Behaviors of a Team Seminar - Astoria
Date: October 2, 2019
Time: 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM PDT
Event Description:
Lower Columbia Human Resources Management Association proudly presents "Five Cohesive Behaviors of a Team", featuring Jennifer Bouman-Steagall of Red Kite Rising.

No one really tells you how to be a good teammate. That's where The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive team comes in. Based on Patrick Lencioni's best-selling book The Five Dysfunctions of a team, this is a simple, but powerful, model that helps you develop the skills to become a better teammate and start building stronger teams. This presentation will teach you the principles of good teamwork and how the five interconnected behaviors come together to create a framework for building cohesive teams.

Red Kite founder Jennifer Bouman-Steagall is a highly skilled management-side employment litigation attorney with over 19 years of experience representing Oregon and Washington employers. She is proud to be a favorite speaker for human resource organizations, the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries, the Oregon Employer’s Council and the Portland State University HR Certificate Professional Development Program.
