Investigations: Navigating Workplace Litigation
Lower Columbia Human Resources Management Association proudly presents "Investigations", a special two-hour program featuring Liani Reeves of Bullard Law.
An employer's defense against litigation is only as strong as their documentation. In this special two-hour presentation, join us as Bullard Law's Liani Reeves walks us through the fundamentals of preparing for and effectively conducting a thorough workplace investigation. Liani will guide attendees through a best-practice framework for their investigations, on which organizational policies, procedures and work rules can be developed and anchored. Attendees will learn how to utilize tried and true tactics to mitigate the risks of employment-related litigation, which ultimately will result in a more safe, engaged and productive workforce.
Anyone with an interest in the topic is welcome to attend.
