Chamber members and members of the public may submit event information for inclusion on the Astoria-Warrenton Area Chamber of Commerce’s online community calendar, if that event is open to the general public, occurs within/near to the Astoria and Warrenton area and abides by our Community Event Calendar Policy. Sensory Sunday: Nature Journal
Kick off Earth Month with a make-and-take nature journal. During Sensory Sunday this month, select your cover, add pages, and secure the binding. Then head into nature to make observations and doodle to your heart’s content! During Sensory Sunday, audio in the exhibits are lowered or turned completely off and the Ford Room is turned into a self-regulation station with soft seating, dimmed lights, fidgets and activities. Sensory Sunday runs the first Sunday of the month except January, July, and December.
