ow you start your day, defines it! In this evening discussion, Paula Crossfield, practitioner of Ayurveda and other sciences of India, will talk about why having a daily morning routine helps us thrive, the kinds of things we should include in such a routine, and how to get started with new habits. She will bring in and discuss some of the basics from her routine, including yoga, the importance of drinking warm water first thing, oiling the skin before bathing and essential oils to use. Paula has studied yoga for over 18 years, and is mentored on the ancient Indian health science of Ayurveda and other topics by Dr. Robert Svoboda, the first Westerner ever to graduate and be licensed to practice Ayurveda in India.
