DESCRIPTION:CTS is a new class offered to anyone living with cancer and a caregiver / support person. This workshop was originally adapted from the Stanford Living Well with Chronic Conditions class. CTS will not conflict with existing programs or treatment. This workshop is designed to enhance regular treatment. The program gives participants the skills to coordinate all the things needed to manage their health and help keep them active in their lives and relationships. This class meets weekly on Thursdays for 6-weeks.
