Christian Julien\n\nCaptain Julien has always been fascinated with working on the\n\nwater and has sailed aboard ocean-going cargo ships for nearly\n\nthree decades. Beginning in an entry-level position (Ordinary\n\nSeaman)\, Christian would eventually attend the California\n\nMaritime Academy and earn his license as a Third Officer in the\n\nUnited States Merchant Marine. Continuing education and years\n\nat sea would see him progress to an unlimited Master's Licenses\n\nand his first command of a cargo ship at the age of 32. After years\n\nof serving as Captain of Bulk Carriers and Car Carriers\, Captain\n\nJulien was licensed by the State of Oregon to become a Columbia\n\nRiver Bar Pilot.
