SUMMARY:Dalmation Dog Days at the Uppertown Firefighters Museum
DESCRIPTION:Come join the fun at the Uppertown Firefighter's Museum on Saturday\, September 12th from 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM for some free family fun.\n\nThere will be dog-bone shaped cookies to decorate and eat.  Other activities include coloring\, playing on a real fire truck\, sliding down the brass pole\, and the "fireman's challenge" race for kids. \n\n"Duke" the Dalmation will be on hand for photos and petting. Other Dalmatian Dog owners are welcome to bring their pooch along to join in.\n\nRetired and active firefighters will be on hand to answer questions and tell stories.\n\nClatsop County Historical Society is a 501(C)(3) non-profit educational organization dedicated to preserving and presenting the history of Clatsop County Oregon and the surrounding area. The Society operates the Flavel House Museum\, The Heritage Museum\, the Oregon Film Museum and the Uppertown Firefighters Museum.
