This 19 acre area was recently "upzoned" to allow mixed-use commercial and high density residential. Up to 500 units of housing could be built in this exciting new neighborhood. The City has hired SERA Architects to help guide and design the new neighborhood in an interactive process called a charrette. This three day workshop is open to the public and open houses are featured at the end of each day to allow the public to review the progress and provide input. The final day features an open house and a presentation to the Planning Commission on May 9 at 5 pm. This is also Warrenton's first "pop up shop" in the historic Fenton Grocery Building @ 60 S Main Ave in downtown Warrenton.
