Chef Chris Holen and Nekst Event\, in partnership with Winter Waters PNW will be presenting an a la carte dinner menu incorporating and celebrating regenerative seafood\, with an emphasis on farmed sea vegetables\, including wakame\, kombu\, sea lettuce\, and dulse.
