10 Tastes of Spring
Chef Holen is currently working closely with our trusted local purveyors and producers to curate ten distinctive tastes that capture the essence of spring. While the menu is still under development, guests can expect a progression of dishes that highlight the freshest ingredients available from our regional landscape.
To accompany our ten-course tasting menu, a beverage pairing including house-made shrubs will be served. Please choose between spirited and non-spirited options at checkout.
