Rehearsals will be scheduled based on the group’s availability, and will likely include evenings and weekends. Performances run May 29th - June 13th. Actors will receive a $100 stipend at the close of the production.
ABOUT THE SHOW:
The Men’s Peer Education group at Watson College is dedicated to unpacking and exposing male privilege. These “sensitive guys” believe that through increased self-awareness they can end sexual violence on campus; but when a shocking rumor surfaces, the group is shaken to the core. Sensitive Guys features a cast of women and gender nonconforming actors, double-cast as male and female characters, who try to understand men who are trying to understand masculinity.

PETE: Sophomore. Working class. Latino and/or Asian-American. (Also plays AMY & DEAN)
WILL: New guy. Freshman. Working class. White. (Also plays LESLIE & ADMISSIONS OFFICER)
ABOUT THE AUDITIONS:
Please arrive by 6:45pm to complete the audition paperwork. Headshots and resumes are welcome, but not required. Bring your calendar and/or a list of any scheduling conflicts between March 29th and June 13th.
OPTIONAL: Actors may prepare a 60-90 second dramatic monologue from this script or any other.
