Liberty Theatre's 100th Anniversary Ribbon Cutting & Celebration
Join us as we celebrate a century of history and the next 100 years of arts, culture, and community!
For 100 years, the Liberty Theatre has stood as a beacon of creativity, storytelling, and shared experiences. From vaudeville acts in the 1920s to sold-out performances today, our stage has brought generations together through the magic of live entertainment. Now, after a year-long exterior rejuvenation—restoring the beauty of this historic landmark to its original 1925 grandeur—we’re ready to step into the next century with renewed vibrancy.
Our Kids Make Theatre program is already shaping the future of the performing arts, reaching hundreds of young students each week and inspiring the next generation of actors, technicians, and arts enthusiasts. As we look ahead, we remain committed to fostering a thriving cultural hub where creativity and community intersect.
Celebrate this momentous occasion with us! Enjoy a reception in the historic lobby, witness Mayor Fitzpatrick’s official proclamation of Liberty Theatre Day, and cheer on former Mayor Van Dusen as he cuts the ribbon to launch the next 100 years.
