Pickles for Pickleball
Sponsors and up to 40 players needed for the inaugural Pickles for Pickleball fundraising tournament! This is a fun pickleball tournament organized in partnership with Toyota Lum's Auto Center and the Clatsop CC Foundation to support the CCC Bandit Food Pantry. The tournament will be hosted on Thursday, February 8th from 5-8:30pm at the Sunset Empire Parks and Rec District in Seaside. Available sponsorships range from $250-$1,500. See online form for more details. *Secure your sponsorship by January 26th to ensure all sponsor benefits. Space is limited to 40 total players. Eight individual champions will be awarded. Registration is $75 per player. This is a non-traditional format where each player earns wins/points individually, while participating as a member of a 2-person team within the same pool. Each participant will play in 7 individual games (10 minutes or 11 points, whichever is first. In case of a tie at the end of 10 minutes, the next point scored will be used to break the tie).Every player, regardless of ability will have an equal (1 in 5) chance of winning a prize! **Players must register by February 1st to participate in the tournament. All proceeds will support the CCC Bandit Food Pantry. We hope you will join us on February 8th for an evening of Pickleball fun!!
