Regional Metal Fest Come rock out at the Labor Temple Diner & Bar for a night of headbanging and moshing! Join us for an epic lineup of regional metal bands ready to melt your face off with their killer tunes. A night of regional metal from the Northwest, featuring: Kitsa:true blue heavy metal with touches of doom and stoner rock from Bremerton. Wyoming Young and Strong: hard rock and stoner metal from Seattle. Bandet Spouk: performs their special brand of prog rock from South Bend. Dysgenia: progressive metal from Portland. 21+ Doors at 7pm Music at 8pm. Full Bar. All welcome. Bar menu The Labor Temple Bar is the oldest union hall in the pnw. It is located at the corner of 9th and Duane, one block from the Historic Flavel house. Rock on.
