Chamber members and members of the public may submit event information for inclusion on the Astoria-Warrenton Area Chamber of Commerce’s online community calendar, if that event is open to the general public, occurs within/near to the Astoria and Warrenton area and abides by our Community Event Calendar Policy. Scandinavian Folk Art Pottery Workshops
Two workshops will be held at the Peace First Lutheran Church in Astoria by the Oregon Coast Children's Art Center and Theatre in Scandinavian Folk Art Pottery.
The first one is from 11-1, the second is from 1-3 p.m.
About 15 spaces are open to each family.-for each 2 hour session.
All participants will have a choice of either a single Yule Tile, or a small tile set of the Norse Dragon Yormandgand. All participants will receive a Thors Hammer

Thanks to Foundation support their is no charge for the workshop. Tiles and Tile sets are valued in value of from $50-$100.00 with limited ones available. If workshop spaces fill up and become full, we will try to host a second workshop in 2025 at a later date.
