Sensory Sunday: Flapping bird
"Celebrate World Migratory Bird Day with a make-and-take paper flappy bird. During Sensory Sunday this month, color and assemble a flapping bird of your choice while learning about Astoria’s avian friends and why they migrate. Audio in the exhibits will have the volume lowered or completely turned off and the Ford Room will have self-regulation activities and low lighting."
