Winter Lighting Ceremony

Come join us in front of the Liberty Theatre from 5-6pm for live caroling provided by the Ten Fifteen Theater, the Astoria Queer Chorus, and a guest appearance by Blind Pilot. There will be free cocoa and cookies from Sun Bean Coffee Company, and Santa will be joining us on his big red firetruck to spread cheer and draw our annual Shop Plaid raffle winner from his satchel. Stick around for a speech from our mayor Sean Fitzpatrick, who will countdown the clock to zero– signaling the start to the winter holidays and the turning on of our downtown lights!
