Wit & Wisdom: What is a Conversation, Anyway?
WIT & WISDOM · A PHILOSOFARIAN TALK
What is a conversation, anyway?
with John Nygaard + Seth Tichenor
In April 2019, Seth Tichenor and John Nygaard asked what makes a conversation, and why it seemed so hard to have one. Seven years later, the distance between us is easier to feel than ever.
Join us as they reconsider: Can a conversation change a mind? And what do we hope for when we begin one?
Wit & Wisdom is Philosofarian's free monthly talk: one big question, explored in plain language without watering down the ideas. There's always time for questions afterward, plus a post-talk get-together for anyone who wants to keep talking.
