Dining Pass Sign Up | Astoria Warrenton Crab, Seafood & Wine Festival

**3/24 Update: Our deadline to sign up participating businesses has passed. PLEASE go ahead and fill out the form as we'll do our best to add your location in. **

The Astoria-Warrenton Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce this opportunity to connect our Festival enthusiasts with area restaurants offering a taste of the delicious bounty of the Oregon Coast. This mobile passport does not require customers to download an app. When they sign up, they'll receive a text or email with a link to their passport. Participating merchants will help those customers check-in by providing that location's unique pin. The pass will be active from Friday, April 23, through Sunday, May 9.

This promotion is free for businesses to participate, but we ask that you commit to the following:
* Be a member of the Astoria-Warrenton Area Chamber of Commerce.
* Provide a festival-themed offering. (i.e. a seafood special or flight of Oregon wines)
Optional: Add an offer or discount redeemable once per passholder and/or
Optional: Donate gift card(s) or item(s) to be given away as prizes ($10-15 value for daily drawings is great)
Optional: Partner with a festival non-profit. (ask Regina for suggestions)
* Commit to the operating hours you provide during sign up.
* Educate your staff so that they can easily assist customers wishing to check-in or redeem your deal.
* Help us promote the pass to your customers. (a basic media kit will be provided for your use)

Festival Pass Details
The questions in this section will help us build your listing in the pass that the public will see. We may edit for clarity, space or editorial standards.
This description will tell passholders about your business and why they should visit you. Most will read this on their phones so brevity is ideal - max. 200 characters.
This is the number that your staff will use to check-in a customer to redeem your location as visited in their passport.
Describe your festival-themed offering. This does not have to be a discount, but you can include the cost if relevant. ie. Offer a special menu item featuring Dungeness crab to passholders; feature a limited time wine tasting flight featuring Oregon wineries; add-on a complimentary seafood appetizer with minimum purchase; create a special menu item named for the festival - your creativity is encouraged!
OPTIONAL: For those that wish to, use this space to describe your redeemable offer available once to each passholder. ie. $5 off any seafood entree; 15% off a case of wine; etc.
Please list your operating hours for the promotional period of April 23 to May 9. This will be listed within the pass. Example format: Monday-Friday: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. or Daily 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Would you like to donate something to be given away as a prize? *
We may give away a few prizes to passholders that have checked in periodically during the promotion as well as a grand prize drawing at the end. Your participation will determine how we handle these contests. The prizes could be gift cards, merch or experiences. $10-$15 value for 'daily' drawings is great.
Would you like us to contact you with more info about working with a festival non-profit during this promotion? *
If you’d like, we can provide a list of festival non-profits that you can partner with in some way. Some examples might be: o Donating a portion of proceeds from the sales of a particular menu item to the organization. o Featuring their festival fare on your menu (or something similar) to help satisfy attendee cravings.
