2022 Festival Feast Dining Passport Sign Up | Astoria Warrenton Crab, Seafood & Wine Festival

The Astoria-Warrenton Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce this opportunity to connect our Festival enthusiasts with area restaurants offering a taste of the delicious bounty of the Oregon Coast. This mobile passport does not require customers to download an app. When they sign up, they'll receive a text or email with a link to their passport. Participating merchants will help those customers check-in by providing that location's unique pin. The pass will be active from Friday, April 1 to Saturday, April 30, 2022.

This promotion is free for businesses to participate, but we ask that you commit to the following:
* Be a member of the Astoria-Warrenton Area Chamber of Commerce.
* Highlight a festival-themed offering. (i.e. a seafood special or flight of Oregon wines)
* Create an offer (free item or discount) redeemable once per passholder
* Donate gift card(s) or item(s) to be given away as prizes (to be combined into our weekly and grand prize drawings)
* Commit to the operating hours you provide during sign up.
* Educate your staff so that they can easily assist customers wishing to check-in or redeem your deal.
* Help us promote the pass to your customers. (images and posters will be provided for your use)

Festival Pass Details
The questions in this section will help us build your listing in the pass that the public will see. We may edit for clarity, space or editorial standards.
This description will tell passholders about your business and why they should visit you. Note your specialty, highlight a menu item, family story. Most will read this on their phones so brevity is ideal - max. 400 characters.
Use this space to describe your redeemable offer available once to each passholder. ie. $2 off any seafood entree; 15% off a case of wine; a free tasting flight, Special limited time menu item for $18, etc. This offer needs to be available for the entire month of April, but can only be redeemed once per passholder.
We would like to receive a prize from every participant business. There is no minimum value requirement and the prize may be a gift card or item. Please let us know what you plan to donate if you know at this time. We'll follow up to pick up the item or you can deliver to the Astoria-Warrenton Chamber office before March 18.
Please list your operating hours for the promotional period of April 1 to 30, 2022. This will be listed within the pass. Example format: Monday-Friday: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. or Daily 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
