Assistant Property Manager/Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a professional Assistant Property Manager/Administrative Assistant to help manage our properties in Astoria and Warrenton, Oregon. This position is accountable to the Property Manager for the day to day operations of three properties located in Astoria and Warrenton. In this position you will oversee the daily activities of leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance scheduling, general office administration and policy & procedure compliance. This position includes duties such as, answering telephone calls and emails, completing and filing forms, meeting with residents/vendors and passing out notices. We are looking for a TEAM player with management software experience, marketing and resident retention skills. AppFolio and Microsoft experience is a plus ! Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus. - Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficient in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. - Attention to detail and accuracy in performing clerical tasks. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
