Maintenance Worker
These WG-4749-07 Maintenance Worker positions are Career-Seasonal appointments which are permanent positions that include the same benefits as Career (year-round) appointments, but do not provide work on a year-round basis. You can expect to be in a non-pay status for a maximum of one pay period (2 weeks) each year. Lewis & Clark National Historical Park has non-pay scheduled between early February to late February.
Maintenance Workers are part of the Facility Maintenance Division. The primary purpose of these positions is to perform recurring building and/or utility maintenance and operation duties and to assist journeymen and other higher-graded maintenance workers. Incumbents utilize knowledge and skills in several trades and crafts.

- Plumbing
- Roofing
- Electrical
- Cement Finishing
- Masonry
- At the Lewis & Clark National Historical Park location, selectee will also perform a wide range of trail maintenance and construction tasks using hand and power tools to maintain safe and accessible park trails.
