Summer Youth Program Director
The Program Director is responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Camp Kiwanilong Summer Youth Program (SYP). The Director oversees program delivery, seasonal staff leadership, and daily camp operations while ensuring a safe and engaging camp experience for campers entering 2nd through 9th grade, supported by a seasonal staff of high school and college-age counselors.
