The Fire Station is your yoga community! With practices outdoors, indoors and online, we are sure to have something for everyone. Our goal is to create space for your practice, so you can connect, explore and expand.
Are you ready to ignite the fire within?
We offer a variety of yoga options for first-timers to advanced yogis, including Power Vinyasa and restorative yoga, as well a guided meditation practices. Our practices are held at our studio on the top floor of the Uppertown Fire Fighters' Museum, as well as on Zoom. From Spring through Fall, we offer Yoga in the Park at two local parks.
