About Us
The mission of Life Flight Network is to provide critical care transportation to seriously ill or injured patients in a safe, compassionate, efficient, and expeditious manner in a fiscally sound environment and with a goal of positive and sustainable growth.
The values of Life Flight Network are modeled after the core values of our consortium owners. Safety, Respect, Service, Excellence, Quality, Leadership, Compassion, and Social Justice are the hallmarks of our program.
Life Flight Network (LFN) is a nationally-recognized, not-for-profit air medical service. LFN began operations in 1978 as Emanuel Life Flight and was the first hospital-based air ambulance service provider on the West Coast and only the fourth in the nation. LFN has transported more than 90,000 patients during over 36 years of service.
