About Us

This destination gallery presents original art and fine craft by established artists of regional and national recognition, and emerging artists of note, in a collection curated for creativity, design, and spirit. The 4000 square feet of exhibit space features works by represented artists in a variety of mediums, including painting, printmaking, photography, sculpture, ceramics, woodworking, glass, fiber arts, and furniture. A dedicated section of the gallery offers an outstanding selection of artful jewelry by Northwest and national designers, with an emphasis on one-of-a-kind work. The variety ranges from precious metals and gemstones to playful alternative materials.

Featured exhibitions change monthly and present new works by individual artists or themed group shows. Opening receptions are held during Astoria's monthly Second Saturday Artwalk and often include live music. Throughout the year, the gallery hosts special events tied to the creativity and spirit of the region.

Since 1997, RiverSea Gallery has been at the heart of the vibrant arts scene in Astoria. The gallery makes its home in a spacious 1920s storefront in the center of the downtown historic district, within strolling distance of restaurants, theaters, hotels, museums, boutiques, and other galleries.
