Winter Waters Dinner
Nekst is excited to be part of the 3rd Annual Winter Waters Celebration on February 21st and February 23rd.
Winter Waters is an opportunity to showcase foods that might be available year-round, but are at their best this particular time of year. Chef Chris Holen and Nekst Event, in partnership with Winter Waters PNW will be presenting an a la carte dinner menu incorporating and celebrating regenerative seafood, with an emphasis on farmed sea vegetables, including wakame, kombu, sea lettuce, and dulse. This menu will feature numerous starters, mains, and desserts to choose from, create your adventure, or just order the whole menu.
